While the complete Char Dham Yatra is widely popular, the Do Dham Yatra—focusing exclusively on the highly revered shrines of Kedarnath and Badrinath—holds equal spiritual significance for Hindu devotees worldwide. This pilgrimage is the ultimate bucket-list journey, blending deep devotion with breathtaking Himalayan adventure.
Best Time to Visit: Mid-May to mid-September offers the most favorable weather. While daytime temperatures are pleasant, it gets chilly at higher altitudes, so packing warm woolens is a must. Bring along your devotion and adventurous spirit, and let us handle your travel logistics!
Tour Plan
Your spiritual journey begins in Delhi. The group will assemble at the designated pick-up point (tentatively Akshardham) at 8:30 PM. After a brief meet-and-greet with your tour captains, embark on a comfortable overnight drive to the holy city of Haridwar.
Arrive in Haridwar in the morning, enjoy a brief sightseeing tour, and then begin your scenic drive towards Sonprayag. En route, soak in the beautiful views of the Mandakini River at Tilwara. Arrive in Sonprayag, check into your hotel, and enjoy dinner and a restful overnight stay.
After breakfast, take a short transfer to Gaurikund, the starting point of the Kedarnath trek. Embark on the majestic trek to the Kedarnath Shrine (helicopter services are also available for those who prefer not to walk). Spend the night at a hotel/camp in Kedarnath, surrounded by divine energy.
Wake up early to attend the highly auspicious morning Pooja at the Kedarnath Temple. After breakfast, check out and trek back down to Gaurikund. From there, drive back to your hotel in Sonprayag for dinner and an overnight stay.
Post breakfast, embark on a long, beautiful drive to Badrinath. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and head out for local sightseeing. Take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund hot springs and explore nearby wonders like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Bhim Pul, and Vasundhara Falls. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Enjoy breakfast and begin your downward journey toward Rudraprayag. Along the way, make a spiritual stop at Joshimath to visit the revered Narsingh Temple. Arrive in Rudraprayag by evening, check in, and enjoy your dinner and overnight stay.
After a hearty morning breakfast, check out of your hotel. Bid farewell to the mighty mountains as you begin your long drive back to Delhi via the Haridwar route. This will be an overnight journey.
Reach Delhi in the early morning hours. The group will part ways here, taking home a heart full of divine blessings and lifelong memories. Your Do Dham Yatra officially ends here.
